Ode to My Cooperating Teacher.

Arrived at TagSci with nothing but my will,
Then the principal gave us a spot to fill.
I chose Grade 8, for it gave me quite the thrill,
Together with a CT that fits the bill.

Then came the ups and downs of the teaching role,
It was really tough, that my heart gained a hole.
But you were there, and you helped me become whole,
Right through the walls of my stand-alone soul.

So thank you for being there as my teacher,
A friend, a mother and also a leader.
Despite my flaws, you have helped me grow stronger
And may your lessons guide me, now and forever.
